Slaughter became pro in 2010 after four years in Western Kentucky. He has EuroLeague experience with Panathinaikos. Slaughter has spent several years in France playing for teams such as Cholet, Elan Chalon, SIG Strasbourg or ASVEL.
He has been a regular with Poland national team. He played in the last World Cup along with Olek Balcerowski, helping the team to make it to the Quarterfinals.
