For Kevin Pangos it will be his first pro Playoffs while Brad Newley will try to repeat the 2013 success.
Kevin Pangos
«We are fine and excited for this opportunity with new games and ready for the challenge. It was a long season and I think we have improved, so we are ready for the Playoff».
«We had the opportunity to improve, we had our up and downs during the season, but that’s normal. Now it’s Playoff time and we hope to do our best.»
«James and Adams are very talented point guards, they can score in many ways. We have to defend them well and make them work in defense.»
«We have to play the stronger we can. It’s the end of the season and we can’t keep strenghts. We need to give it everything and leave it all in the court.»
«These are important games and I am excited, but I try to remain calm always, not to get very high or down easily».
Brad Newley
«In 2013 it was a similar situation, although we finished seventh and they second. We lost the first game and won the other two. We played without too much pressure, enjoying the moment. Now it’s similar, they are better team and I think we are too. We have to be ready for Friday.»
«It may be more pressure, but the pressure affects you if you let it affect you. If we play free and happy, like we used to, we have our chances. We beat them here and I think we can do it again.»
«I think this was a very good season. We played the final game in the Copa del Rey and we reached again the Eurocup semifinals. And I think we achieved another great thing, transform the Gran Canaria Arena in our home, it’s like the CID now for us. Last year it wasn’t, but not it is. That’s a great thing for the club.»
